The worst experience ever!! Literally have got my order wrong 5times now!! Keep trying to get in contact with The escalations manager who promised me he will be the only one dealing with my order and every time I call to ask for him I don’t get out through to him nor receive a call back! I asked for a full refund because of how fed up I am now and all they keep doing is sending me replacements and still getting it wrong as no one will bother to call and see what the actual problem is! Literally the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything! Blinds quality isn’t even that great!! Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid for my blind on 6 April, it was delivered damaged on 23rd April sent photos by e Mail to them and still do not know when the replacement will be. E mailed twice on the phone for 20 minutes today and still not heard back from them! Not impressed.

I have been a regular customer of Blinds Direct and am thoroughly impressed with their service. I have always had excellent quality products and have been particularly impressed with the range of products that they offer. I have had reason to contact them for after sales support and they have been incredibly helpful and supportive with helping me install the product to a very professional standard. Will definitely be using them for all my future requirements and I highly recommend them over many other suppliers around.

What a shambles. Ordered and paid for rapid delivery. On arrival first blind to be fitted end cap was smashed on unwrapping, similarly one vertical was not secure at base, so unable to fit weight. I phoned a new cap was received some 4 days later.On fitting second blind even more problems, 4 weights broken and yet another vertical not secure at base, e mailed and advised, 2 days a reply, new items would be sent, not received after 4 days.Now for the final blunder, both blinds are same size, but one has 23 vertical’s the other 22!Don’t bother with this company.

We have eight blinds prior to this one . They have all new excellent . But unfortunately the last blind was not as good quality as the others .

Blinds initially received were of poor quality - bad finishing and a visible difference in length at bottom exacerbated by patterned material. Customer service to resolve was excellent and replacements sent. Unfortunately one of the chains on the blinds has now snapped which is frustrating.

Sample arrived promptly. Easy to follow measurement instructions. Good videos for installation. All good. After order product took a while to arrive but all in good order. Easy installation following instructions. Looks good. Happy with product.

The blinds are well priced and good quality and the customer service is very good. The instruction guidelines are helpful and allowed someone who had no experience in this area to fit them without much trouble. The only reason this review is for 3 stars, not 5 is that the first delivery of the order was missing a blind, they remade this for us however due to a lack of the blinds they had to be shipped in taking 3 months. The remake was then the wrong size. Again they have remade it for us however it had now been 6 months from the original order. I am hoping the third remake will arrive and be the right size.

What can I say nothing too much trouble. I have strange size windows. It has took me a long time to find the right size with the style I wanted. Blinds direct have such a excellent choice for the size I needed I was blown away . The quality of the product is fantastic and the price is unbeatable. I purchased 2 blinds, for kitchen and bathroom. Both look fantastic. Easy to follow video to ensure correct measurement and also video for fitting. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Blinds Direct.
